1. How does the reservation and access system work?
It is very simple. Book 100% online through this website by selecting the size and dates. Instantly, you will receive a unique access code via email and SMS. When you arrive at the premises, enter that code on the entrance screen, your locker will open automatically, and that’s it. No queues, no keys, and no waiting for anyone.
2. How do our prices work?
Prices are fixed for 24 hours, meaning if you leave your suitcase at 5:00 PM, your luggage will be available until 5:00 PM the following day.
3. Is there a limit on the number of days for the rental?
There is no limit. You can book your lockers from a single day up to as long as you need for your holidays on the island. The price will be calculated automatically on the platform based on the selected dates
4. What happens if I exceed the hiring time?
If the 24-hour reservation period for the luggage storage is exceeded, another 24 hours must be paid for in order to release the locker. LockersIbiza gives a 10-minute grace period after the reservation time has expired.
5. Schedules
Our Figueretas and San Antonio locations are open every day of the year from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM. You can drop off or pick up your luggage anytime during those hours.
6. Is it safe to leave my belongings here?
Absolutely. Security is our top priority. Both locations feature a high-definition video surveillance system recording 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Furthermore, access to the premises is only possible with a valid booking code, guaranteeing that your luggage is protected and monitored every single second.
7. Can I open and close the locker multiple times during my reservation?
Yes, as many times as you need. Your exclusive access code will be active during the entire opening hours (from 08:00 to 23:00) of your booking period. You can come, open your locker to grab some clothes or drop off some shopping, and close it again with no additional cost or having to pay again.
8. What size of slogan should I choose?
It depends on your luggage, but we’ve got it all figured out:

9. How far in advance should I make the reservation?
You can book as many months in advance as you want to secure your space during high season, or even on the spot if you are right at the door with your suitcases and need an immediate solution. The system manages availability in real-time and will send you the code instantly within opening hours.
10. What happens if I am delayed and arrive after 11:00 p.m. to pick up my luggage?
Our premises close to the public at 23:00 sharp. If you foresee that you will not arrive on time, please contact our customer service team before closing to arrange your collection, as the premises will remain closed until 8:00 the following day.
